The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Dewi288 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
Dewi288 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for standard requests; however, this is not a guaranteed timeframe and may be affected by payment provider processing times, KYC status, or security review requirements. Dewi288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
